Sustainability in our products
Our processes:
Necho S.A. has a recycling circuit for its main raw material: polyethylene. This process allows not only to reduce the amount of waste discarded but also to recycle the material so that it can be reused in the production circuit.
All waste that is generated is collected and transformed in our recycling sector where the waste is converted back into raw material for manufacturing. This is how, both in the manufacturing process of our products and in the majority of our packaging, we reuse discarded material, reducing the impact on the environment. This guarantees us the production of a product and a packaging that is 100% made with recyclable polyethylene.

Recycling
The recycling area is made up of 4 machines:
Recycling process
1
We use two types of materials:
- Scrap: Waste of own or external polyethylene in the form of film from production processes.
- Cakes: Waste of own or external polyethylene in the form of solid voluminous masses from production processes, usually extrusion
2
Cake crushing
The voluminous masses of plastic or cakes are crushed in the Mill using blades, obtaining crushed material.

Recycling and chipboard
The discarded materials are processed in the recyclers, obtaining plastic pellets with a more homogeneous shape and composition and ready to be reused in the production of film reels.
There are two recyclers:
- R3 Recycler:
It works in conjunction with an agglomerator, which crushes and agglomerates the plastic material, which comes from the film scrap, up to a particle size necessary for its subsequent processing in the R3 and obtaining the pellets. - R4 Recycler:
There is an increasing number of resources that are being allocated to technological innovation and sustainability, at Necho we all support:
